Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1Acceptance

By using the Equora app or website, you agree to these Terms.

2What Equora provides

Equora is a software platform that connects riders, coaches, and stable owners. We do not provide riding instruction or stable services ourselves — those are delivered by the stables and coaches you book through the app.

3Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information in your profile. Coaches and stable owners are responsible for the legality and quality of services they offer through the platform.

4Bookings and payments

  • Bookings are agreements between the rider and the stable/coach.
  • Payments for lessons go directly to the stable or coach via Tap Payments (or as cash/offline payment when "Pay at stable" is selected). Equora does not hold or process payment funds itself in v1.0.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by each stable. Check the stable's terms before booking.

5Subscriptions (when enabled)

v1.0 does not offer paid subscriptions. When subscriptions are added in a future version, terms (price, billing cycle, cancellation) will be shown in-app before purchase, and on iOS will be billed through the App Store.

6Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent bookings or fake reviews
  • No harassment of other users
  • No content that's illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights
  • One account per person

7Liability

Equora provides the platform "as is." Riding is an inherently risky activity; you're responsible for your own safety and any waiver / consent requirements set by your stable. Equora is not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from services delivered by stables or coaches booked through the platform.

8Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction — likely Saudi Arabia or wherever the legal entity is registered]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
